I specialise in functional strength training and help people improve the way they move, eat, and live in a world that often encourages poor food choices, long periods of sitting, postural imbalances, chronic pain, stress, and too little movement. I believe that every body is different, which is why all my training and nutrition programmes are fully bespoke—designed around your age, needs, goals, and lifestyle.

I’m an expert in nutrition for menopause support, healthy ageing and fall prevention, sustainable fat loss, lifestyle change, and long-term results. I work closely with menopausal and elderly women to build strength, balance, confidence, and energy through practical, science-led strategies—without extreme diets or short-term fixes. I also support adults of all ages and children, helping individuals and families create strong foundations for lifelong health.

My coaching goes far beyond aesthetics. I help clients develop strong, capable, resilient bodies while also supporting mental wellbeing, confidence, and motivation. I invest deeply in the people I work with, offering ongoing guidance, encouragement, and accountability to help create meaningful, lasting change.

I strongly believe that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. I work collaboratively with my clients to find balance—so the body can function optimally, reduce unnecessary stress, and thrive. With experience across all fitness levels and life stages, I support each individual in reaching their full potential.
